Weekly Bitcoin Newsletter Update 8 — The Bitcoin Weekly Chart currently looks very bullish and the potential price targets can be seen in the chart. On the daily chart it will be interesting to see if the price backtested the golden pocket and if Bitcoin manages to hold it before the price can rise further.

• Currently battling the 200 W MA & trending dots

A weekly close below the trend line could signal $DXY price to hit target 3 which is near the 200 Week MA.
It's been quite a drop, typically see bounces along the way...

For the ones who saw the #bitcoin train leaving the station without them, higher time frames are bullish but there could be an opportunity in the $20,000 to $21,000 range.
A retracement to former resistance, & flip into support would be healthy.

• Daily buy signal was January 3rd
• Weekly indicator is alerting potential buy
• First weekly close above the trending dots since March

Weekly buy signal flashed on $MATIC last week's close, again. Broke downward trend line, looks like a potential back test & resumption off.

Ethereum

Not only was there a buy signal on #ethereum lower time frames as posted back on January 2nd. We also had a potential buy alert on the weekly chart on 12/25.
Now that there was a weekly buy, will any of these new targets get hit?

In the Week Ahead

Any retrace on the SPX should remain above 3858 to continue favoring bullish momentum. 4000 level remains as overhead resistance, for now.
DXY continues to slide towards 100 level.
Bitcoin and many alts have seen relatively shallow pullbacks, with most dips being quickly bought up. Bullish momentum is favored as weekly RSI continues to climb.Share
