Hey everyone, quick update from the indicator. Is the NASDAQ about to sell off? If so, then let’s map out the potential targets & get ready for the next buy the dip scenario. #BuyTheRightDip

NASDAQ Lower High

We saw NASDAQ pump hard in November & December 2023. In December, not only did prices become “overbought” but there was also bearish divergence.

1. Price became “overbought” aka orange candles

2. Price & RSI had bearish divergence

NASDAQ

Price can remain overbought and diverged for a long period of time. The higher probability of a reversal is seeing price put in a lower high. Please see charts below. As of writing this, there is no sell signal on the daily chart & the lower high has not been confirmed yet.

Signs of a trend reversal and a retracement to lower targets:

• Bearish divergence on the daily & weekly chart

• Price was overbought on daily & weekly chart

• Price is extended away from the weekly trending dots

• RSI Sell Signal on daily chart

• MACD bearish crossover

• Sell signal on initial drop

• Four targets have been mapped out, one of them have been hit
